•

Product Inspection Process

Products submitted per return or exchange are inspected by authorised Storks diamante personnel.

Where necessary, il product may be sent to our head office per further inspection. il Uomoer will be informed once il inspection has been completed.

il standard product inspection period is approximately five business days da il date il product is received. This period may vary depending on workload, il need per technical examination, or il relevant product category.

Warranty e Maintenance

  14-carati e 18-carati oro products are covered by un ten-year maintenance warranty.
  

Damage or issues resulting da misuse, impact, dropping, breakage, crushing, chemical exposure, improper use, work performed by un third party, or unauthorised intervention are not covered by il warranty.
