Return and Exchange Period for Store Products
Products purchased from the store can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
However, this period does not apply to the following products:
Custom-made products
Altered products
Used products
For such products, return or exchange can be processed with a deduction rate determined based on an evaluation of the product's condition.
Returns of Uncertified Products
Full refunds are not possible for products purchased from the store that do not have a certificate.
For these products, returns can be processed based on an evaluation of the product type, calculated at scrap value.
Returns of Certified Products
For diamond products without HRD or GIA certificates, a certain deduction may be applied based on calculations made by storks.com.tr, considering the carat weight of the product.
Gift Products
For purchases made in-store, the return of promotional or gift products provided with the main item is not requested from the customer.
Size Change
For solitaire, five-stone, and fancy ring models, if customers request a size change within 14 business days from the date of purchase, the sizing process is carried out free of charge.
For size changes requested after 14 days, a processing fee may be charged.
Second and subsequent sizing processes on the same product are subject to a fee.
Sizing Process for Full Eternity Rings
For full eternity rings, the standard sizing procedure does not apply, as adding or removing diamonds may be necessary during a size change.
Therefore, the customer is provided with a price quote based on calculations made according to the requested size.
Past Purchases
Return requests for products purchased in 2026 and earlier may be accepted based on an evaluation that considers the exchange rate and economic conditions.
Installment Purchases
Returns and exchanges for credit card installment purchases made in stores are evaluated outside the scope of the Regulation on Installment Sales Contracts.
Therefore, the conditions mentioned above apply to return and exchange transactions.
Return and Withdrawal Rights for Online Purchases
The conditions stated below are only valid for online purchases made through storks.com.tr.
For products purchased through storks.com.tr, provided the product meets the return and exchange conditions, consumers have the right to exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Within this period, for products not customized for an individual, you can request a full refund of the amount paid by returning the product.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
Customers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal for products purchased through storks.com.tr must submit their withdrawal request in writing within 14 days from the date they received the product.
The withdrawal request can be communicated via WhatsApp support line or email. Approval from storks.com.tr is required before the return process is carried out.
Return packages sent without approval may not be accepted or received.
Returns and Exchanges for In-Store Purchases
The following conditions apply only to purchases made at Storks Diamond stores.
For in-store sales, by law, the seller is not obliged to offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. However, Storks Diamond offers the possibility of returns and exchanges under certain conditions as part of its customer satisfaction policy.
These transactions are limited to the conditions specified below.
After the withdrawal request is communicated to us, the product must be delivered to the address below within a maximum of 10 days.
The product must be returned complete and undamaged, along with its invoice, certificate, product box, and any gifts, if applicable.

Return shipments must be made via the contracted cargo company.
The responsibility for damages that may occur during the shipping process or situations that may cause the product to lose value belongs to the customer who made the shipment.
Refund
After the returned product reaches the specified address, necessary checks are performed.
If the product is found to comply with the return conditions, the payment refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notification.
- Payments made by credit card are refunded to the credit card.
- Payments made by wire transfer/EFT are refunded to the bank account.
The reflection of credit card refunds in your account depends on your bank's processing times.
Products Past the Withdrawal Period
For products for which a return request has not been created within the legal withdrawal period, a full refund is not accepted.
In this case, the product price is determined based on an evaluation by storks.com.tr, considering the nature of the product and market conditions, and the return process may be carried out with at least a 40% deduction.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Rings other than standard size 14
- Products with customized ring engraving or size
- Custom-made products or products altered according to customer request
- Products damaged or deformed due to use
- Products not suitable for return due to hygiene and whose packaging has been opened
- Rings whose size has been changed
- Necklaces with extended or shortened chains
- Full eternity rings and custom-made wedding bands
For the return of custom-sized rings, a refund may be issued with a 10% deduction.
