Buyer

A real or legal person who places an order via the storks.com.tr website and is identified based on the information provided during the order.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of jewelry and diamond products ordered by the buyer through the storks.com.tr website.

This agreement has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product Information

The purchased product's;

are valid according to the information specified during the order.

For diamond products, product features are specified along with the certificate.

4. Order and Payment

When the buyer completes the payment process for an order placed via storks.com.tr, the order is considered confirmed.

Payment can be made by the following methods:

  other electronic payment systems
  

The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if there is a security concern.

5. Delivery

The ordered product is shipped to the delivery address specified by the buyer during the order.

Shipments of valuable jewelry are made with insured cargo.

Delivery time may vary depending on product stock availability or production process.

Products in stock are usually shipped within 1-7 business days.

This period may vary for custom-made products.

6. Certificate

Diamond products come with an internationally valid certificate.

The certificate may contain the following information:

The certificate serves as the identity of the product and is sent along with the product.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be:

  returned with its invoice and certificate
  

The product price will be refunded within 14 days for returns made under the right of withdrawal.

8. Products Not Eligible for Right of Withdrawal

According to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

9. Size Change

If a ring size adjustment is needed, the seller may offer a size change service within a certain period.

Size change may vary depending on the product model.

10. Product Care and Stone Loss

Stone loss may occur in stone-set jewelry during use.

In such cases, the product is sent to technical service for examination.

If a manufacturing defect is detected, necessary repairs are made free of charge.

A service fee may be charged for damage caused by use.

11. Return Conditions

Returned products must be sent with:

Any damage that may occur during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer sending the return.

12. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey are authorized.

13. Effectiveness

By placing an order via storks.com.tr, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
