At Storks Diamond, it is important to us that you are satisfied with the jewellery you purchase and that your shopping experience is secure, transparent, and seamless. Return and exchange requests are assessed based on the purchase channel, the condition of the product, certificate and invoice details, and whether the item was custom-made.
General Conditions
The following conditions must be met for returns and exchanges:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.
The product certificate, invoice, box, gemstone certificate—if applicable—and any complimentary gifts must be returned in full.
The original certificate must be presented for returns and exchanges of diamond jewellery.
Jewellery showing signs of misuse, impact damage, breakage, deformation, stone loss, work performed by a third party, or unauthorised intervention is not eligible for return or exchange.
Products purchased as part of special-occasion promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges for In-Store Purchases
Exchange requests for diamond jewellery purchased from our stores will be considered provided that the product is unused and presented with its certificate, invoice, box, gemstone certificate—if applicable—and any complimentary gifts.
For diamond jewellery purchased from our stores or authorised points of sale, a return or exchange may be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
If the product is confirmed to be unused:
It may be returned within 14 days, subject to a 30% deduction.
It may be exchanged within 14 days at its full value for a new product of equal or greater value.
Returns are not accepted for diamond jewellery after the 14-day period.
For purchases exceeding 14 days:
A full-value exchange may be offered if the new product selected is worth at least twice the value of the original product.
If the new product does not meet the conditions for a full-value exchange, the exchange may be processed after a 30% deduction from the value of the original product.
As ring sizes are individually prepared, returns of rings in sizes other than 11, 12, 13, and 14 are subject to a 5% deduction.
Jewellery that has been custom-made, resized, altered, engraved with a name, initial, or date, manufactured to special order, or prepared in a form that differs from its standard retail condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
Following the transfer of the Storks Diamond brand in 2017, the rights stated in certificates and sales records issued thereafter remain valid subject to the terms of the relevant documents.
Requests relating to certificates, documents, or sales records issued before 2017 are not automatically assessed under our current return, exchange, and warranty procedures. In keeping with our commitment to customer satisfaction, such requests may be considered separately based on the product’s current condition, the contents of the relevant documents, and the outcome of the inspection.
Such an assessment does not constitute a direct commitment to provide a return, exchange, or warranty service based on documents issued in previous periods.
Returns and Exchanges for Online Purchases
For products purchased through storks.com.tr, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days, provided that the product meets the applicable return and exchange conditions, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
For online purchases, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
For a return or exchange request to be accepted, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original box, invoice, certificate, and all accompanying documents.
As ring sizes are individually prepared, returns of rings in sizes other than 11, 12, 13, and 14 are subject to a 5% deduction.
During the return process, the product will be inspected by Storks Diamond. A return or exchange request may be rejected if the product is found to have been used or damaged, sent with missing documentation, worked on by a third party, or is otherwise unsuitable for resale.
Jewellery that has been custom-made, resized, altered, engraved with a name, initial, or date, manufactured to special order, or prepared in a form that differs from its standard retail condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
For approved returns, the refund will be issued within the applicable statutory period using the original payment method.
